Fable is not listed as a model

Describe the bug
Specifying the model by clicking the + sign does not include Fable which is available via Claude Code's own window.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click +
2. See Fable is not listed

Expected behavior
Fable would be listed
