As the Unity 5 editor is 64bit, could you rebuild your openCV dlls as 64.

Is the project working with Unity 5? After following your instructions, I get script compilation errors such as:
Assets/Calibration.cs(3,7): error CS0246: The type or namespace name `OpenCvSharp' could not be found. Are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?

Yes, but I've not had time yet to pull the new files into this project. You can use the project https://github.com/andrewmacquarrie/ProjMap64 in the meantime though. Let me know if you have any problems,
