Add a spreadsheet-driven "autotitler" mode that links a module to a table (e.g., guests list) and auto-spawns elements or steps through rows in the Operator UI.

Context

Bulk titling from spreadsheets is a common broadcast workflow (e.g., generating lower thirds for all conference speakers from a CSV). This is a high-value feature that bridges the gap between data sources and module instances.

Features

• Table binding: link a module template to a CSV, Google Sheets, or JSON array data source
• Auto-spawn elements: generate one element per row with config fields populated from columns
• Step-through mode: Operator UI "next row" button to advance through the table sequentially
• Live sync: if the source updates, new rows appear and removed rows are flagged
