Summary

Add automated text sizing/clamping and responsive layout hints to the module manifest system.

Features

• Text fitting: automated text sizing/clamping for long names/titles to avoid overflow in modules
• Responsive layout hints in manifests: additional guidance for breakpoint behavior (e.g., hide subline under 1280px, shrink avatar)
• Layer region presets: expose existing LayerRegion hints in Producer UI with presets (band-lower, corner-tr, full) and snap-to-region behavior

Context

Broadcast graphics must handle unpredictable text lengths (long names, titles) gracefully. Responsive hints help when outputs target different resolutions (1080p vs 720p vs custom).
