Fallback to IPv4 when IPv6 connection fails

WAQI currently seems to be inaccessible via IPv6. This may be a DNS registration issue on their part. Unfortunately, it breaks clients of waqi-async.

Would it be possible to modify waqi-async to retry the connection using IPv4 if IPv6 fails?

Looks like the errant DNS AAAA record has been removed so this is no longer an issue.
