Use of gcc instead of llmv

Thanks for releasing this baremetal address sanitizer. I was wondering, is there an inherent dependency on clang/llvm? Or would it be possible to port this to gcc?

I don't there is any inherent dependency on clang/llvm and similar things could be done with gcc. For example, this deck https://a13xp0p0v.github.io/img/Alexander_Popov-KASan_in_a_Bare-Metal_Hypervisor.pdf covers exactly the case of using gcc to enable KASan for a hypervisor. It provides explanation for the gcc options to enable the instrumentation for the target.
