Incomplete information

Dear creators,

First of all - cool project and I would love to try PPIprophet on my data. However I run into following issues:

1. There is no current package-dependencies list. With creating my own I got the program to start but not to finish.
2. All instructions seem to be outdated or incomplete (README.MD, APprophet_instructions.md, PPIprophet instruction.md)
3. The mentioned testing data is not there or outdated.

Is an update planned soon? It would be very welcomed.
