Unable to generate commit #107
Description
I stage a file and click the icon button and get "Unable to generate commit." notification.
Using latest stable vscode (1.105.1) on latest stable Windows 11 with remote (WSL Debian 12.12) session.
No logs show up for this event in Extension Host: Remote.
No logs show up in Developer Tools console (other than the notification event).
Extension settings are default other than the selected model, which is set to gemma3.
ollama is running and I've already run ollama pull gemma3:latest
How can we debug this?
