Quick question - what settings/flags cause "always on top" and "click through"?

Quick question - what settings/flags cause "always on top" and "click through"?

I've wanted to do similar for other applications, and am hoping you could save me a read through the source code (if its a couple flags like setting a terminal in raw term mode etc.).

I do see in the past, I was missing a local compositor, which fortunately hudkit informed me of when testing it out.
