I want to simulate less dense tomograms without many aggregates (polymers). Is there a way to do it?
I thought I can play with the MMER_TRIES = 20 PMER_TRIES = 100 parameters but I think I also need to change the maximum_target_occupancy.
In the all_features.py function description says the script expects the target maximum occupancy as a input but it is not hard coded so I can't directly change it. I can change the .pms and .pns files but ı could not decide if that would help with the less dense tomograms.
Thank you for your patience.
