Problem with creating macromolecule models

When I try to run create_macromolecule_models.ipynb, the code gets stuck at the select_isosurface function. I chose the data/templates/mrcs_10A/1qvr.mrc protein. Any idea what could be the cause?

Sorry for the late answer. We have been working on fixing some bugs in the Jupyter notebooks. It should work now, I've checked that specific protein on my computer.
