Document self-service provider integration

Hello,

While it's cool that SST supports adding new providers via this repo, it seems like there isn't much bandwidth to actually support this from SST's side.

We've got several PRs that we'd like to see merged (#47, #53, #57), but most of those have been open for a while.

I haven't had a chance to go through the internals of SST yet to see what's needed, but can we just run the codegen scripts from this package and publish to npm on our own? Does SST require/expect them to be under a certain namespace? And how would we do the equivalent of sst add <provider> for our own published packages?

Hey @jayair, we've been trying to get these providers merged in for a few months now. Is there anything you can share on this front?

I've just done this so figured I'd document it for people...

0. Make an PR to contribute the provider to give back and hopefully get merged 😄
1. Make sure ot have pulumi and bun installed
2. run bun generate.ts --dry
3. modify the sdk that you have generated to a custom package name you own - in our case this was @safetydocs/sst-algolia-provider
4. make sure youre in the sdk folder you generated and publish npm publish --access public
5. Add provider as you would with any other, in our case sst add @safetydocs/sst-algolia-provider
