[Feature Request] Automatically refresh timeline

Problem or Motivation

It would be nice if the timeline could auto-refresh after a certain amount of time so I can follow new toots vs manual refreshes.

Proposed Solution

Provide one/any/all of an app-wide, instance-specific, or account-specific refresh interval in the settings

Running Version 1.0 (6) on macOS Version 15.4.1 (24E263) on arm64

It is especially irritating the timeline is not refreshed when opening the application.
