Add barcode scanning input

The barcode scanners from BLFC are configured in a certain way to scan barcodes. Taking however they're configured, make sure that we can automatically detect that they've finished scanning, reformat the raw text into a useful format, and then initiate the search.

• Automatically trigger a search when the barcode scanner is done typing.
• Parse the raw output of the barcode scanners into a search methodology that the CommunicationManager can use.
• See if we can use the date of birth field to automatically select the appropriate registration if multiple registrations show up.
• Reverse engineer the specific configuration the barcode scanners use for documentation / acquisition of other scanners. BLFC may be able to just tell us.
