How to convert DeepGlobe xxx_mask.png to xxx.csv?

Hi, thank you for your great work! I download DeepGlobe Dataset and find it only has image label. I want to know how to convert 103201_mask.jpg to 103201_mask_gt.csv. Could you share your code?
