Including `All commits` decreases the rank

This is the issue with include_all_commits option fall users rank to down/lower league. But logically, it should not be like this. It should maintain the rank, showing all the commits.

With include_all_commits option:

I think it’s not a bug. Choosing all_commits makes it use a higher median.
