No output files with some supported KGs

Hello,

I tried to run the system with some of the supported KGs.
Although I managed to receive some output files for DBpedia, I did not receive any output files for MAKG and DBTune KGs.
Are there any updates that I need to do, so I can receive outputs files for these KGs?

The uploaded code may not be the latest version. I will upload the most recent version shortly. The problem may be related to this discrepancy.
