Training cert submission link broken

I completed the whole caldera training process, even got through the craziness with the Manx module not really working well for remote access (#2089) with port forwarding and emulating localhost behavior. However the link to fill out to get the certificate of completion (https://forms.office.com/g/mEeuSUBTda) is broken and comes back with a 404.

Can someone provide an updated link so I can finish the submission? Ty.
