Feature Request: SSL Offloading and HTTP-Based Load Balancing in CloudStack

Could a new feature be introduced in CloudStack to enable SSL certificate offloading using the CloudStack load balancer? Additionally, we would like to know if there is currently an option to create HTTP-based load balancing rules within CloudStack.
