[BUG]: update docs for installing templates from cli in quick start

### Description of the bug

docs says to use
apigear template * commands which now is for creating new templates,
apigear registry * commands should be used instead

### Steps To Reproduce

use cli with command
apigear template list - the command does not exist

### Additional Information

Remember to update the apigear-docs repository after delivery of this PR
