Feature Request: Change class of a save file

Trying to duplicate my main playthrough's save file but change it from Fl4k to Zane or another class.

Hello! Yeah, that'd be a useful feature for some folks, for sure, though there's multiple areas of the save file which have to be touched to do it properly. I'm afraid I'm not interested enough in it to do the investigation myself, but I'd be happy to take a look at a well-researched PR which includes all the necessary stuff. :)

For those that are interested, I was able to manage it through a combination of JSON editing and running one of the built-in commands. I did a find and replace of Beastmaster and changed to Operative, then ran the --level-max command and it seemed to do it.

If you're willing to put together a list of what areas in the file exactly get switched over, that would certainly help ease things along at least. I'd be leery of doing just a global search-and-replace for strings in there; would be nicer to know the exact areas that get altered.
