Xerox Standard Accounting (cancels Linux print jobs) #6287

Hello,
We have a customer with an environment consisting of 12 C7120 devices, where the operating systems is Ubuntu 24.04.
This customer needs to track device usage by individual users. Therefore, we enabled the "Xerox Standard Accounting" method and created the user accounts.
When printing from Windows, a pop-up window appears requesting the ID, and the job is released normally.
However, in the Linux environments, this does not happen—the pop-up does not appear, and the print job is canceled.
In the Linux environment, we even tried adding the ID manually in the "billing info" field when sending the print command, but without success.
Do you have any suggestions for a solution?
