Let's say I run the simplefold_100M model on a protein of interest.

What is the license of the resulting 3D protein models produced by SimpleFold? Is it LICENSE - so MIT or LICENSE_MODEL?

Thanks for bringing this up, as of now the resulting 3D protein models produced by SimpleFold would be under the CC-by-NC license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/) as the model itself was designed for non-commercial use.
