GitHubApp for TestChimp Integration.

This app enables the following:

1. Syncing folders in TestChimp for tests, stories and scenarios with the repo for the project.
2. Create issues for GitHub Copilot / Cline / Cursor agents to pick up - for one click bug fix workflows from TestChimp
3. Listen on repo events such as PR creations, to auto-attribute them to user stories / scenarios for better QA intelligence workflows.
