The Model 3 ROM is HTML whereas the others are "raw"

The [model 3 ROM](https://github.com/apuder/TRS-80/blob/master/var/rom/model3.rom) is displayed as an HTML file whereas the other ROM files in the [/var/rom/ directory](https://github.com/apuder/TRS-80/tree/master/var/rom) are not viewable as such and are just plain "raw" files.

Is this just an anomaly, an uploading issue or a bug?
