No Latest Tag available

it would be nice if this Repo also provided an OCI Artifact under :latest similar to the VulnDB Artifact instead of :1

Logic could pretty much be copied from
https://github.com/aquasecurity/trivy-db/blob/main/.github/workflows/cron.yml

Unlike common container images, versioning is a destructive change as the schema goes up. :latest should not be used.
