Readme mentions requirements.txt, but there's no requirement.txt

Looks like you moved from requirements.txt to project.toml but it's not reflected in the readme (unless I overlooked something).

it seems the project.toml is missing PyYAML and pydanticy. also it seems installing all the API adapters (anthropic, openai, google, ...) is required right now because of the import structure.
