Segmentation Fault at near completion

[vhanded]

When segmentation fault error appeared, most of the time, camera.xml already generated. But KNOWN.INFO log is not complete, so I am not able to check for reprojection error or other info.

The syslog shows:

This is not happening everytime, only about 30%.

Any idea?
