Missing parser.c file?

Hi,

I would like to use your cyvcf parser, but had problems with setup. It appears that the parser.c file is missing from this repo. Could you please upload it?

Okay, it appears the problem is that the installation requires cython, but no error message appeared (thought the extensions were coded directly in C/C++).

Currently after build however 2 tests fail, apparently the scripts/vcf_filter.py file wants to import vcf, but presumably the vcf module is distinct from the cyvcf module?
