Implement QR Code Access Flow for Students

Since students access the app via QR codes, implement the flow where students scan a vendor-specific QR code. Upon scanning, they should be directed to a vendor-specific menu page without needing to log in. Ensure that the QR code scanning works properly using a library like react-qr-reader.
