Ennou - Ruby Extended Library

Ennou is Windows Native HTTP Server, it stands upon HTTP Server API 2.0.

- How to setup ACL for Ennou

 Ennou runs top of HTTP.sys that registers accept url on administrator area.
 You may reserve url for Ennou with netsh commnad.

 for example, if your application is named testrails, 
 Ennou registers url for http://+:80/testrails in production mode or http://+:9292/testrails in development mode.

 the commands are

 netsh http add urlacl url=http://+:80/testrails user=hostname\your-login-name
 netsh http add urlacl url=http://+:9292/testrails user=hostname\your-login-name

the command must be run on cmd.exe invoked by Administrator.
