Work SDK v0.5: typed receipts, stronger release gates, and new docs

Work SDK v0.5 is live.

This release tightens the part that matters most when an agent writes to a tracker: the receipt returned after commit is now action-specific, replayed receipts are checked against the prepared action, and the package has compile-time API contracts plus publint, ATTW, tarball smoke, and coverage gates.

The docs were rebuilt around the actual integration path, with searchable navigation and dedicated guides for GitHub, GitLab, Linear, Jira, and Azure DevOps. There is also a 30-second launch video attached to the release.

I would especially value feedback on the prepare, inspect, commit API and whether the action-specific receipts make agent tool implementations easier to reason about.
