I am using PersistAD to detect anomalies from October 6 to 31, that is, I detect anomalies for an entire month. I then detect anomalies for the week of October 6-9 and compare the anomalies detected from October 6-9 using only one week with those detected from October 6-9 but using the entire month. I use the same parameters for window, c and side and yet the anomalies detected are different. Does anyone know why?
