Linux build instructions?

I see there's a Linux version of the game. Any chance build instructions and/or a Makefile for Linux could be added?

Hi,
It's been a very long time since I compiled the game on Linux, so I don't remember all the steps I used to build the game on Linux exactly.

From what I can recall, I used the Codeproject IDE along with SDL libraries on Ubuntu to build the game.

CRAB/Unrest.cbp is present in the repo along with a .depend and .layout file, so hopefully that still works?
