Add GSSoC Community Social Links to Footer

Problem

Currently, the footer does not provide quick access to GSSoC community social platforms.

Proposed Solution

Add community and contribution links in the footer:

• GitHub Repository
• Issues Page
• Contributing Guide
• GSSoC 2026

This will improve navigation and make it easier for contributors to connect with the project.

Benefits

• Helps contributors stay updated with announcements.
• Improves community engagement.
• Provides quick access to official GSSoC social platforms.

I have already created a PR for this issue: #1570 and linked it here.
Currently waiting for review and approval.
