Update readme with the aseprite-extension install method #15

Description

@Flaconia

I think the most intuitive way to install languages (and all extensions really) to Aseprite is to open the .aseprite-extension file.
By just double clicking on it, the thing is installed right away.
We should have this install process in the readme of this repo as well, possibly as first "preferred" option.
