Unable to load extension "tf2items.ext"

Hello, I tried tons of stuff like example changing the directory of the file, giving permissions to the program, verified and validated the files, re-installed them, installed different versions of source mod and meta mod (Didn't Worked) and im still trying to fix this issue, could you help me please?
