ec2_deploy action doesn't work

NOTE: this is unnecessary to fix if #80 is completed

ec2_deploy action should update the ec2 instance with the latest commit. The action reports success, but the repo on the instance isn't updated.

Note that lambda_deploy.yml works correctly.
