fix: publish to npm

Under installation, the instructions say npm i --save-dev @asyarb/tailwindcss-capsize

However, no package is published matching that name under https://www.npmjs.com/~asyarb

Installing from GitHub with npm i https://github.com/asyarb/tailwind-capsize -D does not work either, as the dist files are not committed.
