Hello! I am wondering if this tool would be useful for a dataset with up to 1M cells.
From the paper, it seems SAM is able to process ~100K cells quickly, however whenever I try running SAM, my notebook kernal crashes out. I've allocated memory (10GB) and cpu (10 cores) for the notebook (see here), but I can';t seem to get the notebook not to crash.
I was also wondering about the gui option for interactive output. Is this no longer supported in current releases?
