shell doesn't work from ce_conf

If you press F8 in CE_CONF, the shell doesn't work there.

Okay, so on my pc with Debian 9, at least the shell runs when I use it with 'cosmosex ce_conf' and F8.
On Raspbian 9 (Stretch) it doesn't work even when used with 'cosmosex ce_conf' and when used with CE_CONF.PRG

I would like to get rid of the 'forkpty()' in main.cpp, as that starts (and shows) another cosmosex process in PS and it's an ugly way anyway, I wanted to move it to shell script (e.g. cesuper.sh) like this:

ce_raspbian # mkfifo /tmp/shell_out
ce_raspbian # mkfifo /tmp/shell_in
ce_raspbian # exec 3<> /tmp/shell_in
ce_raspbian # exec 4<> /tmp/shell_out
ce_raspbian # $SHELL -l >&4 2>&4 <&3 &

...and then in one console I can do 'cat /tmp/shell_out' and in other console I can do "echo 'pwd' > /tmp/shell_in", but the -l (login) doesn't change that and -i (interactive) causes it to quit too soon (aybe that's also the problem with the current non-working shell here).

If I could convince bash to output the nice command line start (root@cosmosex:~# ) here, it could easily solve the issue and move it to shell script from the .cpp.

Linux guys - @mikrosk @miniupnp @tin-nl -- any ideas?

Now I've tested it and it works on Stretch :(
...and then it didn't work when it started after power up... It's random, but less working than more ;)

I can't get to the shell via F8 either. Just blank screen + cursor. Latest stretch.
