slight reformat of documentation #18
Description
Could you please split https://atextor.de/owl-cli/main/snapshot/usage.html
and move diagram, write, infer to their own sections, so they appear on top level in the TOC?
Eg I'm currently mostly interested in https://github.com/atextor/turtle-formatter/
That corresponds to https://atextor.de/owl-cli/main/snapshot/usage.html#write-command.
But it takes more time to open the Usage section to find this subsection.
It'll be easier if it's directly at https://atextor.de/owl-cli/main/snapshot/write.html
