Hitboxes for closestCenter?

I have used DNDKit before, where they offer the useful closestCenter hitbox. However, I am having trouble finding a similar feature in the Pragmatic DND documentation. I looked at the hitbox docs documentation but couldn't find anything comparable. The make-child option from the tree-item addon seems somewhat related, but the focus of this library appears to be primarily on lists.

If anyone knows how I can recreate the closestCenter behavior using Pragmatic DND, I would greatly appreciate your help!
