Stop referencing Nushell PRs

I'm on of the maintainers of nushell. Could you please stop mentioning in your local PRs our PRs. Every PR gets a notification, that you mirrored which is quite annoying. We have no issue that you mirror these, just avoid mentioning the PRs to avoid mentioning us.

You can use redirect.github.com instead of just github.com to still create a link without creating a back reference.

@cptpiepmatz @Juhan280 We will stop mentioning Nushell PRs in our local PRs going forward. Our product Loci is doing performance evaluation of all call path and it was a strong reference for out testing and validation.
We are open to discuss and with your guidance if we could contribute back to Nushell development, for example by sharing evaluation feedback on PRs in a way that is useful and non-disruptive.
