Miscellaneous update to the Coveralls CI job config matrix:
openssl-3.1,openssl-3.2,openssl-3.3branches from the test matrix;no-afalgengoption fromopenssl-4.0branch;enable-lmstoopenssl-3.6/openssl-4.0branches andenable-crypto-mdebug enable-allocfail-teststoopenssl-4.0;masterbranch to the top of the list.The latter three changes bring the latest branches' configs more in line with the
masterone and make copying overmasterconfig options to the newly created branch more natural.
