Issue Description
Quite often when I launch sagemaker stuidio, I end up on a landing page that only contains the "Applications", "Partner Apps" adn "Compute" sections in the left sidebar. None of the usual options are available such as "Pipelines" etc.
Expected Behavior
All the options should be presented every time I load in to sagemaker studio
Observed Behavior
Randomly not all options are presented
