I have searched and not found any concrete claims of malware in the original 3uTools, which makes this even more suspicious

Thanks for reminding me this thing was still up.. this version of 3utools was hex edited to remove URLs that would connect to 3utools home servers. Shutting this project down. It's old as hell anyways.
