Allow multiple users

This plugin is setup for use with a single user. However, when Kodi is used by more than 1 person, it would be useful to be able to switch between multiple user accounts. In this case, each user should be able to sign into a different peertube server.

Another great idea! As I said in your previous feature request, I'm on vacation right now but I'll think about this in the next few weeks.

I can see this done in two ways:

1. Have an arbitrary number of max users (probably 4) and in the add-on settings have a custom instance setting for each user. In the add-on, a user can then select from users 1-4.
2. Have an option in the add-on menu to add a new user, set a friendly name, and set a custom instance. In the menu, users can select profiles based on the friendly name.

Option 2 is probably the best, it'll just take a bit more work.
