Ability to edit the timer value

Great little utility, thanks for creating and sharing it!

A couple times I've accidentally forgotten to stop the timer, or I've accidentally reset the time. It would be great to have a way in the non-touchbar UI to manually edit the current value of the timer to correct mistakes and continue the timer without restarting back to 0.
