Issues with "Developing [modules/themes/layouts]" pages #264
Description
As I was reading through these pages I noticed some issues that I will list here (specifically regarding the info file sections). Feel free to split them up into separate issues if you like.
The pages:

The issues:
- The Themes pages says "The file must be saved as UTF-8 without a Byte Order Mark (BOM)." No other page mentions this, but I assume it applies to all info files.
- Maintainers are mentioned on the Modules page, but none of the others.
- The Modules page mentions which keys are optional, but other pages only mention when they're required.
- For module dependencies it gives the same example twice:
